Trio China, Ltd., is your full-solution company for China manufacturing. Our various services include mechanical prototyping, custom plastics tooling and parts molding, die-casting, metal stamping, electronics assembly, and complete manufacturing management for a wide range of products.
During the development phase of a product, we provide design-for-manufacturing consultation, parts sourcing, and project management. We work directly with your engineering team to help you make a smooth transition from development to prototyping - and on to stable production.
After production begins, we monitor quality from incoming part level QC, all the way to outgoing QC of final product. We are your presence on the production line, watching over your product quality here in China.
Our finished product offerings currently include active monitor speakers and headphone products for consumer electronics and musical instrument companies. We provide off the shelf OEM models as well as full-custom designs.
